Three questions with Maia Espejo
What do you like most about your job?
I love being able to work with an amazing team! I get to work for a great company that cares about their employees’ well-being. But, most of all, I love helping broker partners find a solution for their insurance needs.
Who inspires you and why?
My twin daughters inspire me to be a better person everyday. They look up to me and I work hard every day to provide them opportunities I didn’t have. I try to be the best role model for them and inspire them to follow their dreams.
What led you to this career?
Originally, I planned to take a year off after university to travel through Europe. Plans changed when I secured a job in the insurance industry. I decided to take that leap of faith and have stayed in the industry ever since.
