A strategic and structured insurance leader, he’s known for driving performance, elevating team capabilities, and fostering collaboration. Passionate about leadership growth, operational clarity, and empowering people to deliver their best, François brings both expertise and authenticity to every interaction.  

Before starting his insurance career a decade ago, François spent several years in the hospitality industry as a restaurant owner, an experience that shaped his people-first approach to leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, backpack travel adventures, collecting vinyl records, listening to jazz, and following professional wrestling.
